Globe Amaranth ‘QIS® Carmine’

One tough little plant, Gomphrena takes whatever nature slings at it—extreme heat, humidity, insect, and disease pressure—and shrugs it off! From midsummer to frost, it produces scores of clover-shaped papery blooms with long stems perfect for cutting. The species is native to New Mexico and Texas, known as Rio Grande globe amaranth. This variety is bright crimson and one of the best.
